Art work

spice up my content
For my videos, website articles or other visual content I love to have cool background art work that is not overwhelmingly conspicuous but still fits the context. However, I like it to be conspicuous enough to spice the content up. I am sure it can be useful to other creators like you, too.
All images are at 96 dpi in order to keep the file size low for use in the internet. Feel free to contact me at witoloco@yahoo.com if you wish it at higher resolution for printing.
For the beginning I start with two categories: maps and globes, and cultural.
1. Art work: maps and globes
Since I was a schoolboy, I loved drawing maps and imagining I was travelling to those exotic countries. Therefore, I decided to begin with handmade line-drawing maps of continents, countries, rivers and lakes. So, if you have a video about, let’s say Mexico, you can use the line-drawing map of Mexico. I decided for hand-made line drawing because I like the imperfect vintage look. The files are in PNG format with transparent background. By default, I create the maps both in white and also in black. If you need other color, I can transform the maps into any other color. Indicate the color name, or even more precise, the HTML notation of that color. In the gallery below are included some examples of colored line-drawing maps as well with indicated HTML notation for the used color. Feel free to ask for a different color.
Since the background is transparent, you can use such art work as video overlay in your video intro as I did in my videos about the metamorphosis of a moth in the Alps of Austria and about our Yucatán trip, Mexico. Go to MAPS gallery.
I also include art work of globes, both in their original color and in grey shades. You can get them in different opacity levels: 100%, 50%, 25%. [Go to GLOBES gallery: is under construction].
2. Art work: cultural
Several cultural figures are also suited to be used as background for travel and outdoor content. See for example my Drone Pix Latin America tropical gallery and home page of this website. I like art work of some more exotic figures from Africa, Asia and Latin America. Here, I offer them as well as the above-mentioned maps in PNG format with transparent background. The figures themselves are both in original colors and mostly also in grey shades, all at the opacity levels 100%, 50%, 25%. [Go to CULTURAL gallery: is under construction].
I keep the galleries up-dated so check it out now and then or follow me on facebook @Wi Tol. If you wish a map that is not in the gallery yet feel free to contact me at witoloco@yahoo.com
